Add beginnings of glTF parser and loader.
* chickadee/render/asset.scm: New file. * chickadee/render/scene.scm: New file. * data/shaders/pbr/pbr-frag.glsl: New file. * data/shaders/pbr/pbr-vert.glsl: New file.
