Add joystick module.
* sly/joystick.scm: New file. * examples/joystick.scm: New file. * Makefile.am (SOURCES): Add sly/joystick.scm. * TODO.org (Input): Mark as 'done'. * sly/math.scm (linear-scale): New procedure.
