Allow meshes to be scene nodes.
* sly/scene.scm (%scene-node-mesh, scene-node-mesh): Delete.
(make-scene-node): Remove mesh parameter.
(update-scene-node): Skip over mesh nodes.
(draw-scene-node): Draw mesh nodes.
