Remove shader example.
* examples/Makefile.am (examples_DATA): Remove 'shader.scm'.
(shaderdir, shader_DATA): Remove.
* examples/shader.scm: Delete file.
* examples/shaders/fragment-shader.glsl: Delete file.
* examples/shaders/vertex-shader.glsl: Delete file.
