Remove the accumulator parameter from the game loop.
* 2d/game.scm (accumulator, update-and-render, tick) Delete.
(run-game-loop): Remove accumulator parameterization.
(game-loop): Use lag variable instead of accumulator.
(update, alpha): Add lag as formal parameter.
