doc: Add Readers section and reader subsections.
* doc/haunt.texi ("Readers"): Add menu.
("Reader"): Change Readers to a subsection.
("Texinfo"): Add Textinfo subsection.
("Skribe"): Add Skribe subsection.
("CommonMark"): Add CommonMark subsection.
