site: Fix cleaning step before building.
Cleaning the build directory failed when a subdirectory existed.
* haunt/utils.scm (clean-directory): Remove.
(delete-file-recursively): New procedure.
* haunt/site.scm (build-site): Use delete-file-recursively.
