graphics: font: Add compositor and page layers to rendering pipeline.
These new abstractions will allow for caching rendered text and
rendering more complicated text with multiple fonts, font sizes, and
colors.
Leaving them undocumented for now so I can test the API more and make
tweaks before really committing to anything.
